Propolis & Wintergreen Ointment [30ml]

Propolis is a Resin-like material made by Honeybees by mixing Tree Sap, Beeswax and Bee Saliva. 
Also known as Bee Glue because Propolis is used as a coating to build the inner structure of the Hive and confer Anti-bacterial and Anti-fungal properties as well as Structural re-inforcement for the Hive.

Man has extensively researched this natural compound due to its array of health benefits including: Anti-Viral, Anti-Bacterial, Anti-Fungal, Anti-inflammatory and Anti-Oxidant Functions.

Wintergreen Leaf is a plant which contains an Aspirin-like chemical called Methyl Salicylate which acts similar to aspirin to relieve Pain, Swelling and Inflammation 

Propolis is harvested and stabilised into Ointment form with Olive Oil, Beeswax and Winter green Oil to allow the Ointment to be safely and effectively applied as a Topical onto Unbroken skin and promote healing using a completely natural product. 

Ointment form allows Polyphenols (Anti-Oxidants which fights disease and damage in the body) and Flavonoids (Also Anti-oxidants but confer nutrient and mineral benefits to the Cell) to penetrate all the layers of the skin and reduce inflammation at the site of injury or infection, clean and disinfect the region whilst also promoting the skin’s “Secondary Intention” healing response.

Best used for conditions like Arthritis or Acute/Chronic Muscular and Joint Injuries, Muscle Stiffness and Spasms.

Caution should be exercised in patients with Asthma, High Allergy Potential and patients with Open wounds or conditions like Eczema or Psoriasis

General Dosage Instructions: Apply a thin (breathable) layer to affected area (2 - 3 times daily as required)
